This project involved the conversion of an extensive warehouse into eight flats and B1 office space. The mixed-use conversion retains employment use on the ground floor in two new B1 units. An extension above the existing roof level is clad in pre-oxidised copper and houses two penthouse flats with their own terraces facing Ferdinand Place. A bio-diversity green roof with solar water heaters replaces the asphalt finish of the existing roof. The development provides a new wheelchair accessible lift with two wheelchair accessible flats.
